"Why are you limping?" my man inquired this morning.
I explained that I wanted to beat my 5k time on the elliptical yesterday and my ankle was objecting today.
"Don't you think you should have a day off?"
"But I'm never going to be thin." I wailed.
"Exactly. Accept it and move on."
Am I weird because I find this hysterically funny?

Jane.....being involved w/exercise/Martial Arts daikly, you should rest your ankle w/cold packs 10min on /10 min. off and elevate it as well. Also, try strengthening your calf and hanmstring muscles. But resting the ankle 1 day if you have pain is advisable.
